  • How much is Delivery?

We charge a flat rate of £3 per order (in the UK) - please note that due to the incompatibility of posters and boxes, and tee's and tubes, we tend to send them out separately as a consignment, meaning they should arrive together, but sometimes they may arrive a day or so apart if the postal service fails us..


  • How long will it take for my stuff to arrive?

We send all our items via Royal Mail Second Class, so they should be with you within 3-5 working days, if postal services are running as they should be.






  • Returns/Exchanges

If you would like to return your product (in its original condition), you have 28 days to do so and reclaim the cost of said item, no questions asked - but if you would like to inform us why you are returning the item, feel free to get in contact as if we can help, we will!

If you would like to exchange an item for a replacement (maybe you ordered the wrong size for example), we will do so free of charge!

Note: As we are still a baby company, we ask that you cover the cost of any postage back to us. In the case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of getting the new item back to you.

(We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in original condition, and is damaged, worn or altered - any damage caused by the carrier, must be disputed with said carrier, we guarantee all items leave us in perfect condition)


  • My order hasn't arrived?

Sometimes the unthinkable happens, and an order goes missing into the depths of the postal service. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us to let us know, but per Royal Mail regulation, it will be 28 days before we can do anything (as the item may be returned to us).
If the order has still not arrived at this time, get back in contact with us - we will chase it up with Royal Mail, and arrange either a refund or replacement.

Note: We send out our items unmarked, which should minimise the chance of a less then trustworthy post person stealing your order

More Notes: Due to the incompatibility of t-shirts and tubes, and posters and boxes, orders that include both will be shipped as individual parcels, so you may find they arrive at slightly different times
